Founded in 2004 by David Cohen, Sawyer Smith and Alex Chang, Cohen Smith Chang represents a new mindset in New York real estate. Cohen Smith Chang offers an innovative and refreshing approach to the New York real-estate landscape. With the help of Multimerge, their innovation now spans onto the web with their dynamic new website. The entire website is controlled by their massive database and Multimerge had the task of bubbling up that data to the web with some programming magic. We also developed many useful tools giving visitors the ability to calculate housing costs, search for properties and find their dream home.
